We design classes for different goals: Weight Loss, Strength & Endurance, Aerobic Fitness, Senior Fitness. Our classes use various equipment including Body Weight, Resistance Tubing, Bosu, Stability Ball, TRX, Bench/Box, Step, Agility Equipment (cone, ladder), Exercise Machines. Our small group training is made for the number of participants and their unique abilities. |
