This strength and conditioning group training is designed to firm up your glutes and tone your body.
​Finish the day with a satisfying workout
A 45 minute session on Tuesdays at 6.00pm.

HIIT
This High Intensity Interval Training is designed to get your heart pumping and the blood flowing.
Finish the day off with that one last push then sit back and enjoy the results of another great effort.
​A 45 minute class on Thursdays at 7.00 pm

CCS (CARDIO, CONDITIONING AND STRETCHING)
15 minutes of Cardio, 15 minutes of Conditioning and 15 minutes of Stretching.
Finish the weekend off or work off the night before with this group session

Partner/ Buddy Training

2 on 1 partner training in the privacy of our personal studio.
Have a friend, your husband, wife or an older child (teen+) join you?
The workouts will be similar for both participants (with some modifications as needed), so this works best for partners who have similar fitness levels or similar goals.

Group Fitness

Small groups up to 8.tailored to suit the groups needs

We design classes for different goals: Weight Loss, Strength & Endurance, Aerobic Fitness, Senior Fitness.

Our classes use various equipment including Body Weight, Resistance Tubing, Bosu, Stability Ball, TRX, Bench/Box, Step, Agility Equipment (cone, ladder),  Exercise Machines.

Our small group training is  made for the number of participants and their unique abilities.
